A strategic partnership for Umedia and Belga Studios!

Umedia is delighted to announce that it has taken a minority stake in Belga Studios, the production subsidiary of Belga Films, acquiring a 15% stake!

This strategic partnership marks a decisive step in the collaboration between the two companies, both of which share a common and ambitious vision of audiovisual creation.

The alliance is intended to serve large-scale, high-quality projects, paving the path for closer collaboration on projects initiated in Belgium, while aiming for international reach.

Umedia and Belga Studios will work together on several emblematic projects, including the production of “La Marque Jaune”, an adaptation of the mythical adventures of comic book heroes Blake and Mortimer, as well as “Le Magicien d'Auschwitz”, Jaco Van Dormael's forthcoming feature film in English, as well as “Einstein Enigma”, an adaptation of José Rodrigues dos Santos' bestseller.
